RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Ammirato, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our hair care and cosmetic products, the following Return, Exchange and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Ammirato's website.

1. EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange within five (5) calendar days after receiving their order.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Ammirato.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, products must:

• Be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

• Have all original seals, labels, and packaging intact.

• Show no signs of use, tampering, contamination, or damage.

For health and safety reasons, Ammirato cannot accept exchanges for products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or altered in any way.

Unless the exchange results from Ammirato's error, customers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs.

2. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or leaking product, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

Please email info@ammirato.us and provide:

• Order Number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If Ammirato determines that the error was ours or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the product,

• Issue a store credit, or

• Provide a refund.

In such cases, Ammirato will cover any applicable replacement shipping costs.

3. RETURNS

Due to health, hygiene, and product safety considerations, hair care and cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

Returns may be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery only if:

• The product is unopened and unused.

• The product remains in its original packaging.

• All seals, labels, and protective packaging remain intact.

Ammirato reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Opened products.

• Used products.

• Products with broken safety seals.

• Gift cards.

• Promotional or complimentary items.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Clearance or Final Sale items.

• Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or customer handling.

5. REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, Ammirato will notify the customer regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Most refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from Ammirato's error.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers who believe a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent should contact Ammirato immediately at info@ammirato.us before initiating a chargeback.

Ammirato reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to financial institutions in connection with any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases and other remedies available under applicable law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ammirato's liability for any claim relating to a product purchased through the website shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
